Citizens Advice provide free, confidential and independent advice from over 3,000 locations including in bureaus, GP surgeries, hospitals, colleges, prisons and courts. Advice is available face-to-face and by telephone. Most bureaus offer home visits and some also provide email advice.

Crimestoppers is available if you have information about people who commit hate crimes and do not want to talk to the police, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously. Stop Hate UK
  is a charity that provides independent and confidential support to people affected by Hate Crime.  They provide confidential Hate Crime reporting services in various areas of the UK, including a 24 hour helpline.

True Vision is an organisation that exists to support victims of all hate crimes. They have a list of hate crime support organisations on their website.

CATCH is a coalition of organisations seeking to eradicate hate crime and provide support to those who experience it. They primarily support victims from London, but they support people from across the UK too.

Victim Support  is the national charity giving free and confidential help to victims of crime, witnesses, their family, friends and anyone else affected. They are not a government agency or part of the police and you don't have to report a crime to the police to get their help. You can contact them any time after the crime has happened, whether it was yesterday, last week or several years ago.

Community Security Trust is a charity that protects British Jews from antisemitism and hate crime. You can report antisemitism directly to CST, as well as receiving psychological support tailored to the Jewish community's needs.

The Monitoring Group are a community based anti racist organisation that advocates for victim/survivors of racial hate crimes.

Tell MAMA supports victims of anti-Muslim hate and is a public service which also measures and monitors anti-Muslim hate incidents.

Galop is a charity that supports lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer people affected by sexual and domestic violence and hate crime.  They run a London based LGBT+ Hate Crime helpline open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm Tel: 0207 7042040.

Disability Hate Crime Network and Disability Rights UK have developed a partnership to focus on hate crime related to disability.
